Road Hazard Insurance
Just curious! Do you get road hazard insurance when you buy off-road tires? Just wondering how they cover trail damage. Especially when the rims have trail rash. I assume it depends on the shop and your relationship with the shop.
I don't usually get insurance, however at over $200 per tire, the risk of popping one of the trail has me considering it.

I picked the tires up today. They said, "sure for off-road damage". That's what they now!
One important thing to note is, the relacement value is pro-rated against the retail price of $300. I paid less than $200. So if I had 50% of the tread worn away I would still pay $150. I think I'll take my chances, and buy a new tire once I pop one. I hope to be upsizing within the next 2 years any way.
