Default The right tire size?

I have a stock 90 cherokee, that i've ordered a 4.5 inch rough country lift for. I want to get 33 tires, preferably 12.5 inches wide. are there any other sizes you would recommend? how much of my wheel well will i have to cut out in order to make the tires fit?

That lift will fit 33s nicely. As for how much fender to trim...each Jeep is different, and each lift is a little different. The best way to know how much to trim from your fenders, is to flex out your jeep, and see how much trimming your rig will require. There are numerous threads regarding trimming fenders around here, so you wont have any trouble find good info...HTH!!

I'm going 31's. Most people don't like it but I think it looks great, and
i dont have to regear. Also, I can do more flex with less trim.

He is referring to articulation, and a 31" tire will fit in a fender well better than a 33" tire...

Its all good, we were all there at one point.

Basically you couldn't do this with a 33 inch tire
