With a new quarter panel and tail lamp pocket, yes its repairable. There is a good chance of some damage to that uniframe rail and possibly the rear leaf spring mount.
I personally wouldnt buy it unless it a trail only rig and you plan on chopping it up.
I plan on trail and ugly daily driver. Unless I can't fit fourties under it and use it daily. This will be my first Jeep. I want something I can camp in. I don't like paying rent and like camping in different places all year but some are really hard to get to. Maybe I don't need fourties but that's what I want.
For $500 I bought a 90 4 door that ran and drove fine. Body was in good condition with faded original paint. I wouldn't bother with that one at that price. $300 and I might. Should be able to pick up a straight body, running jeep for $1000 easy.
With that much energy transfer up the quarter panel i'd steer clear, thats not just the outer skin thats damaged, youre talking inner quarter, unibody rail, im sure that LT rear door probably has issues opening, etc.
