Default Removing branch/clear coat scratches

I'm super OCD and enjoy keeping my rig clean when not in use. It has several clear coat scratches which show as white lines down my patriot blue paint. You cannot feel them when running your fingers over them. I've already clay barred the jeep so the finish is very smooth. Should I try some scratch X?

Look in to wet sanding but if its too deep your gonna need to re clear coat it.

The scratches are a pain in the butt. I have a nice Z-shaped scratch in my passenger fender clear coat from a branch. I'm O.C.D. too, and I see it every time I walk out of my house to drive and I just cringe.

The only thing I've ever seen work is high-speed buffing.

Not possible to "re clear coat", and even if it were the scratch will still be visible. Just one of those things you learn to live with. If it's an issue strip it, prep it & paint it.

Seek professional mental help for your OCD. Then wear your scratches with pride, LOL

It's all in your outlook, man...When I first got my rig, I was a tad **** about stuff like that too. Got over it, though, I figured a 17 year old or so ride, should have some scratches. Gives it character.

Word.

Heck, I picked up a few new scratches the other day. I just consider it a reminder that I had a good time!

You can sand the clear off and clear over it again.
