Removal help-steering column&front bumper

Really need some help removing my steering column...
What do i need to do? i removed the 2 13mm bolts on the firewall... thats all i got
what else do i need to do?!
secondly-
i need help removing my front bumper.
my 1991 xj limited had a huge front skid plate i got that off now i cant get anything else off... what do i do ?

for the steering column, besides those two 13mm bolts on the firewall, there is a brace that goes from the kick panel to the steering column that has a mount with i believe 4 nuts. you need to remove the knee panel to access those.
then you need to go under the hood and remove the bolt at the steering box.
when the column can drop down, there are a couple of plugs that need to unclip from the harness.
the front bumper has 3 bolts on each side on the frame.
