Well after purchasing a D shackle receiver for my hitch, iv been trying to think of other things that would be good to have. i was also thinking about getting one of those steps receivers so i would be able to get into my basket rack easyer anyone have any suggestions for good attachments to have?

 

a vise mount. i made mine, but you can buy this.

a vice is always a good thing to have with you on the trails incase you or some one else brakes something and want a stable place to work on it

 

thats cool on the vise mount never seen/ thought about it.
I have seen someone make a tire mount. It had a pin at say 90* and a stopper maybe 45-60* so you could unpin it, lean it back and then open the hatch while leaving the tire on/in. That seemed cool but i dont know how big a tire that would hold.

 

the pre made tire mounts are up there in price to the point its better just to get a detours carrier
