Rear unibody tie-in question

So I'm making some rear unibody tie-ins and encountered an issue.....See the little hump after the third hole? What did you do with that?
Oh, by the way, the thing in the background. That would be the factory nutstrip. The bolt was SO seized in there, the nutstrip curled into a ball. So I just shoved it back in there. Haha.

Here's the tie-ins. I didn't weld them to the bumper because the tie-ins will also be holding my gas tank skid and I didn't want to pull my skid just to pull my bumper.
