How hard is it to build a swing out tire carrier bumper? Also does anyone have any blue prints at all from there home builds? I don't feel like putting up $700 to $1000 dollars for something that I can have built for much cheaper.

I really have not looked into how much it is going to cost but I have a friend who would do it for a cheap price as long as I supplied the materiel to build it with. No I have never heard of that before until now but that is looking a lot better then building one I am now really interested in getting that. Thanks!
