rear bumper
Not sure if this is the proper section ,sorry if not . I'm getting my 3 rc lift next month , and I'm wondering if its illegal not to have rear bumper . My brackets are rusted out ,imagine that lol. I can't fix it right away . I'm going in for hip replacement in the morning . So just wondering if I could get a fine for that . Thanks
