rear bumper

Anyone use the Garvin industries wilderness rear bumper with swing out tire carriers? I'm having a hard time finding information and reviews on them. I'd like to see some pictures and reviews.

Looked at them for a minute, but when I saw it said only rated for a 33" tire I knew it wasn't for me.

Anyone have this? I'm also wondering if I'll have trouble with the bumper brackets hitting the exhaust or shackles. I have a 98 with a 3" leaf spring pack and teraflex 1.5" shackles.
