Some things are worth the price, regearing is one of them.

Do you really want to cut corners on something like this?

I fully agree with you. However, if a someone is offering a good deal on quality gears, your still getting quality gears; they wouldn't decrease in quality just because they're on sale. I'm fully willing to pay the cash to get good gears, just though id see if anyone had any deals going. I've seen them in the past, just not seeing any right now.

Agreed, just do your homework first. It'll be time well spent.

you forgot to plug your product

I know I want a good quality installation kit and a good warranty is always nice. but as far as the actual ring and pinion, if this quote is true I think I'm going to keep spending the lowest amount of money possible

I would not turn away any brand name gear set these days. Most typically use one importer/company and box theirs. Especially in Dana gears. All are 8620 heat treated.

I would recommend you just pay the least you can. Cause I promise you the box they come in might have one factory's gears in it this week, with next week maybe another factory made. And the Motive might be the same factory made this week as USA Standard or Nitro, but next week be all different.

Its all in the install and final price of the gears I feel. And I sell or have sold them all. I have installed them all. The above is common knowledge of those in the industry that know gears well
