Default RC 6.5 kit leafs = 4.5 leafs + 2 shackles?

Thanks for the info. Is it an ok combo or 6.5" spring packs are better?

Depends on how you want to look at it. 6.5" leafs will give you a harder, more firm ride because of the amount of arch, while a combo of 4.5" leafs and 2" shackles will allow for a little more comfortable ride and will flex easier because of the less amount of arch in the springs. I would have no problem with that combo.

There could be other reasons for either way as well.

yeah 6.5 springs will be stiffer and 4.5 with 2" shackles will be softer and flex better just like onlyinmyxj22 said
