RC 6.5 kit leafs = 4.5 leafs + 2 shackles?
As title states, sorry but I've searched like 6 hours and no avail. I think its a 4.5 leaf spring but not sure, 
can you guys back that up for me so I can get some sleep. Thanks

Depends on how you want to look at it. 6.5" leafs will give you a harder, more firm ride because of the amount of arch, while a combo of 4.5" leafs and 2" shackles will allow for a little more comfortable ride and will flex easier because of the less amount of arch in the springs. I would have no problem with that combo.
There could be other reasons for either way as well.
