My current shocks are stock extension (with a 3.5" lift) so I really need to upgrade soon because my rear axle goes airborne when I go over speed bumps at the mall and it's embarrassing when the ladies are watching. Rancho currently has a $100 rebate on a set of four RS9000XLs (10.5" extension), making them just $57 each.
Or, should I just go with the ProComp ES1000s (same extension) for about $32 each? I drive on washboardy dirt trails, up hills and mountains but never on big rocks or anything.

I'm not a fan of Rancho shocks. If you want a good shock, get a decent brand monotube shock, like Bilstein, Fox, etc. I prefer Bilstein, I think Pro Comp might make a monotube shock as well that would probably be cheaper. You get what you pay for with shocks though.

I was hoping to avoid a $300+ upgrade. I understand that you get what you pay for but, technically, the Rancho shocks cost the same as the Bilstein 5100 series but the Ranchos have a $100 rebate, making them significantly less expensive. I found the Rancho RS7000MT, also $79.99 each but they are monotubes and they have a $75 rebate.
