So I was cleaning
Out my glove box today and I saw this sticker and it said CAUTION this vehicle is equipped with a locking
Type differential can anyone define that for me does that mean I have a locker it's stock diff so just wondering I'f anyone could help?

Open diff. on left, limited slip on right
These are the factory carriers, you may have an after-market locker that was installed by previous owner.
Only way to find out what is in there is by removing the cover and taking a look. Once you do, post some pics and there are plenty of people on this forum that can help you identify what you have!

jack up the back tires so both are off the ground. spin one tire. if the other tire spins the opposite direction, you have an open diff. if it spins the same direction, you have limited slip.
