Default questions abou tnear future HEEP build

So here in a few weeks when I get home I get to start the process of giving my heep a heart transplant. A friend hooked me up with a 70k clean one owner for a song of a price. Ok here’s the question part... other than the obvious what should I inspect/replace...

Here’s what I have so far...

Obvious:
-new rad hoses
-new belts
-replace the oil filter mount O-ring (because it’s a PIA once installed, and my last one leaked when I bought the jeep (the reason I was able to Jew the purchase price to 900 bucks))
-new spark plugs -any recommendations for the 4.0
-new plug wires - suggestions on size or brand
-new cap
-new Trans filter and fluid flush

Questionable: (my jeep is a 1994 with 180k on it)
-motor mounts??
-valve cover gasket??(I believe they are known to leak)
-o2 sensor (thinking ill reuse old and see how it goes)
-put in new melling hi volume oil pump??
-put in new higher performance water pump??
-engine oil cooler? Is it needed?
-vents vs. spacers for hood?? Thoughts
-throttle body space?? worth it
-after market header vs. stock
-crank position sensor??

Planed upgrades: drive train performance/reliability
-upgrade to neon injectors
-get throttle body bored
-hi flow cat
-2.5 inch exhaust
Thinking about dumping before rear tire?? Thoughts
-DIY cowl cold air intake (occasionally I may hit a mud puddle/cross streams)
-electric fan conversion (ditch the mechanical)
- want to convert to a normal radiator not the reservoir crap
-upgrade to all alum radiator 2 row vs. 3 row what year do I need
-upgrade Trans cooler (have auto Trans and whatever stock set up is)
-grand Cherokee alternator swap

Suspension/steering upgrades planned:
-Durango steering box
-zt drop pitman arm
-zj or overk nuckle tie rod conversion still not decided - thoughts
-Steering box frame brace/reinforcement plate- already purchased
-was going to do a IRO 4.5 inch long arm but inner Jew won out and going to try a junkyard special 4 inch

Axles/transfer case:
-going to rock the stock axles until they poop the bed.
-ausie lockers front and rear
-reposition rear lower shock mounts for ground clearance

Appearance/cosmetic/convience:
-make my $200 eBay special bumpers less ugly and more stout
-possible make tire carrier
-hid lights conversion
-some kind of rocker protection
-fender flares either tube or BW flat style
-onboard air (not willing to part with factory a/c, so haven’t decided on plan yet)
-convert space in rear panel to subwoofer enclosure.

Oh ya the reason for the heart transplant... well I let the girlfriend borrow the jeep. While on the freeway, a bolt to the alternator mount broke, so the fan belt jumped. This caused the water pump to not spin and circulate water. Rather than pull over because it was over heating and steaming. The boil over that resulted from no fan or water pump action, caused steam build up and blew out the factory plastic radiator side tank. Well she called me and told me the jeep was on fire on the freeway, mind you she was still driving. (Fire was later determined to be steam) The no coolant and overheated condition caused the engine to slowly loose power and seize. All the while she was continuing to drive down the freeway till the jeep died. She made it 7 miles from the time she called me and told me the jeep was on fire till the jeep died on the off ramp trying to get back to my house. So after recovering my jeep and getting it home. I did the failure analysis… That’s how I discovered the alt bolt that likely caused the whole situation. The rest of the damage is my conclusion based on story from her and obvious natural progression.

Well a couple days later for giggles I tried to start it. The jeep will fire up, but it runs rough, barely idles, and sounds like someone is beating on it with a hammer. So I just parked it since I was deploying in two weeks. Now I get to take care of it in a few weeks when i get home.
