Power steering
Last weekend after doing about 2 hours of moderate wheeling my power steering went out!!! I continued the next few days of wheeling without it and don't nessisserally (spelling) want to spend a lot of money so is there a way I can fix it? Or just do a junk yard run. For the past 3 months when I have fired it makes a clunk noise and at full lock it would whine. The mechanic said the clunk wasn't bad and it just did that but he didn't say anything about it whining.

They always whine at full lock, it has a pressure blow-off to prevent blowing high pressure lines. They also sound like Chewbacca when cold, or at least mine does.
I would just go to NAPA and buy a new pump, also check your lines. Could just be a blown line somewhere.
