Clutch acting up again, worse than ever.Every time I think it's gonna be good,it starts up again.Hafta just about break the shifter in half to force it into or out of any gear, especially when stopped.Sometimes even when the engine's shut off :2guns:

At least now I know it's not my lack of skills causing all the grinding lately

tried to do my transfer case drop and ended up not being able to loosen one of the studs... :001_unsure:

rear d/s axle end u-joint was rusted in, both pretzel clips broke, previous owner somehow shoehorned the wrong size joint in (1/8" bigger caps) and ended up bending and gouging the **** out of the yoke removing it.
But now I don't have two split caps with dust for bearings, an inch of play, or a nasty vibe at 50+ :stuart:

It hasn't transformed into a WK2 trail hawk yet.

Nice yeah my u joints looked like they had never been replaced so they were rusted on as well and same thing happened with the clips
