I have been around Jeeps for along time I have worked,I worked at a Dealership, built them ,bought and sold them.I am just want to see what everyone else has started out with.

Well, I have had 3 vehicles since I've been 14....I'm 18 now.
In order.....I dont have pics of 2 of em...
So I found pics close to what they looked like.

Two of them I don't have pic's of... a 85 XJ and 90 YJ something or other... didn't really care for those two and sold them before the bug bit hard enough... then there was my 97 TJ and that was sold for me to upgrade to my beloved 00 XJ.

those are all some nice jeeps
this was my first vehicle ever i got when i was 16 and had it for a couple years it was an 89' 190k i bought from my dad for $500
and this was my good friends 2 door (95' 150k) i bought with my brother for $400 bucks it ran pretty good until i crashed it into a tree in the woods (something i'm not proud off) and then i sold it for $300 but it was definitely worth more
and this is a another 2 door (95' 5sp 110k) i picked up from another friend a couple of days ago that i'm goign to use for parts for my jeep and to fix my sisters jeep
after a couple of days it already looks like this
and this is my favorite the jeep (96' 5sp 150k) that gets most of my attention and hard earned money

hey, im new here. been on naxja for a few years now.
heres some of the xjs ive had.
this is my first one. 94 4.0 5sp paid 1800 for it. had 190xxx mi on it
over the next few years did a few things to it. 2in bb. 31s, home made bumpers.
then i got this. an 89 xj laredo p.o.s. gave a couple hundred bucks for it. it was a good parts rig.
then, my mother in arizona gave me this. its a 96 2dr 5sp 2wd. she gave $200 for it and drove it for 2 yrs. then she got a 99 accord and said i could have the jeep. so me and a buddy flew out to az and drove it home. actually, it blew the motor in phoenix, so i was able to tow it back to indiana. the tow was free, just had to buy the gas
so i pulled the entire drivetrain from my 94 and put it in the 96. added a 3in lift. now i have a rust free 2dr.
its not done. it drives nice and everything works. right now its got trimmed fenders, cragar soft 8s on it. and i have a pile of stuff to do to it yet. and it sits alittle higher now.
