happened on Watsontown-New Freedom road. about a mile off the pike its the border of Berlin and Pine Hill. and i mean the border. when they called 911 while i was firing off every obscenity in the book the cops instead of just getting someone to the scene were arguing about whos call it was. this went to the point that they sent cops from berlin and pine hill and they both came down and first determined WHAT SIDE OF THE ROAD THE IMPACT WAS ON then determined who was gonna take the call. alll this while im bleeding buckets of blood from the cheek. fun time it was
