Well bein that they were my first set of bead locks I researched the proper way to torque and did so to a T. All mine are torqued to 15ftlb.

Got a CNC plaz cutter, so I can. That would be whatever material would cost, I just checked and the shop doesn't have any 3/8 alum sheet. Thats what we used last time. I also clamped them to a real thick piece when I welded it and let it cool for like 8 hours naturally and they diddnt warp to bad, then we straightened so they were perfect

It's so fun. I got stuck once because I was in a weird spot and needed a pull. Tested out my bumper by hitting a tree while trying to recover myself.
