I don't know about CO but if you count wind-chill I have plenty of times. It doesn't get actual -40 here very often but all the time with wind. Starts right up! Had more trouble with the heat while stationed in Louisiana haha.

Coldest I've seen in Denver area since I've lived here (3 yrs) was -18F

Winters in upstate NY were much more severe............I have seen -30F a few times in NY.
We got WAY more snow in upstate NY than we get in Denver also.............

The 10 yrs I spent in Phoenix conditioned me for the heat, so it feels damn cold here in Colorado though............

Yeah it did! I'm hoping for more snow than cold this year. My old jeep never had a problem starting but my new one's kind of a wuss :P
