In the past few days I have noticed that a few people are posting things that involve polluting the environment and I just have to say one thing about that. If you like driving you XJ and dont want it to become illegal to do so, STOP CUTTING OFF YOUR CATILITIC CONVERTERS AND USING DESIEL FUEL TO CLEAN OFF YOUR MOTOR. The environmentalist are big on shutting down activities that are done by people that pollute. I like to ride my dirtbike and wheel the snot out of my jeep but I hate when people do stupid things that risk shutting down the spots that I like to go to. Dont ruin it for the rest of us and dont give offroaders a bad reputation. If you want to pollute then do it on your own planet.
Only cut off a cat in a situation like my brother's Blazer. It is burned up and does nothing to prevent pollution, all it does is restricts and kills efficiency and at the moment he can't afford to replace it. Cut it off if its ruined, replace it when you can afford it.

x2, if you want more power go buy a honda or learn how turbo your jeep.
im suprised those threads slipped thru the mods anyways
my xj is on 35 inch tires with the STOCK INTAKE AND EXHAUST and it doesnt even down shift out of over drive going up most hills, xjs are by no means under powered stock with a 4.0 and cutting the cat off is just stupid,
stop giving us bad names, if your going to cut something else off your so dumb go cut off something else...
