Default Play in the passenger side front tire

I have a some play in the passenger side front tire. I've had the front end aligned a few times but it doesnt help. The tire seems to have the most play when driving through a puddle and breaking. And I can't keep straight when driving. I'm always fighting to stay between the lines. I was thinking about trying a Polyurethane bushing for the tie rod ends from JCRoffroad. Does anyone think this could help? If this didn't work I'm going to buy a whole new 1-ton setup.

I recently replaced both ball joints and bearings.

Radial pull from the tire? Are your lug nuts tight?
