I just figured this out today thanks to JeepinDan In your control panel to the left of your screen,in your private message box, might be a better way to find it but thats how I know to. Anyways choose Edit avatar. Then choose appropriate pic.

Click User CP, Under Settings & Options click Edit Avatar, then upload pic from website or computer.
