Check your alignment control relay.

Those didn't come on 99's. The 99 has a vibration reduction servo mounted on the front axle. They're known to go bad frequently.

Lol your funny. Those are Kc's on the hood my friend. And I'm getting flat flares and already ordered an L&l winch bumper. Why put money into $10 stock bumpers? Lol

And the black isn't spray paint.. It's plasti dip.. I did it like that because I think doing the front fender too looks like crap lol

I'm a HUGE fan of LowRange...haha. I damn near soiled myself. He is a funny guy in a d!ckish sort of way...I fvkn love it....

He should be a jersey boy, he would fit right in.lol.
