Default Overhead Console help

Need to drop the overhaed console down for some wiring mods

Any one know the magic location for the attachment screw/devices?

Next tool is a large crowbar.....

There should be only two screws hold it up and then u pull back towards the hatch and then it should fall right down, well that's what happen in my 1990 when i removed mine and the head liner.

IIRC the screws are located inside the flip down compartment.

There was a single screw at the front.
Once removed the console was slid aft and fell out like it was supposed to.
