I went ahead and purchased a PDF of a XJ fsm but cannot open the pdf, it

asks for a password to view the file. Anyone have this problem before?

I did email them, They said there is no password required and they gave me

some tips but still not working though

One of the pdf does open but the main one does not.

I have already downloaded it several times to rule out a corrupt file.

 

you may have been scammed this happened to me when i had to do a book report and bought the book on a pdf file

 

I bought mine directly from Pacific Coast Manuals and have zero issues with it, either reading or printing off pages that I need. In fact I was able to download it to 5 of my computers and made a copy on a flash drive.

 

Its not a scam because the tansmission pdf opens up and the tech support did respond, I also got the link off a jeep forum.
I guess I will try another site, Thanks guys.
