I think the ones in town are still just timed... Never had a problem with 4" and 31s.

Sit on 31's with 3.5" and have no trouble with lights.

The McDonalds were I live doesn't trip for for my Heep either . I'm somewhere around 7" with 35's too. Same problems on certain stoplight also. The ones I do have issus with are the sensors in the ground.
