oil pressure
I have a 2001 xj 4.0 I6 with super low oil pressure today it's started knocking like a diesel today(I let it idle for about 30 minutes) I know that's not good but I totally forgot that I had it on while I was cleaning up the garage anyways does anyone know what's the deal?

Oh wow. Very low. Mine runs low as well but I "think" it's running 5w30 in the winter. It warms up quicker and thus pressure drops slightly after warm up.
Did you check the oil level afterward?
