Default Offroad lights for my roof rack

I'm looking for some kind of mount that will allow me to put more lights on my Yakima Load Warrior roof rack. The circular steel rod across the front of the rack where I want to mount my lights is around 1 1/2 inch in diameter, but I have no idea what I can use that will wrap around or clamp around that to provide a mount for some lights. Anyone know of some lights that I can buy that have mounts like that already? Here is a pic of the rack and crossbar.

1 1/2in? Why not just drill a hole in it for the stud on the lights? The stud cant be more than 1/2in.

I was thinking about just drilling through where I needed, but I didn't know if that would sacrifice the integrity of the rack or anything.

Man I hate that I didn't think of that. I ordered 4 of these off ebay for $2.99 a piece.
