Sure SYNYSTER. Back in the thread is the materials list and and how I ran the wires. Is it the construction of the light bar that you'd like to see? I didn't take any pics as I was fabricating the bar, but if that's what your after I could write it up.

Sorry for the time delay, I've been distracted with designing, fabricating and installing a cold air intake system. New thread on that later; I did take pictures of that fabrication.
As for the installation of the light bar, it has rain gutter clamps and the running of the wires was already covered. The construction of the light bar was pretty much straight forward. I mounted the rain gutter clamps on the cherokee and measured what length 1 x 3 aluminum tube to buy. (51 inches). The rain gutter clamps have mounting holes, mark where to drill the mounting holes in the tube. Space the lights along the bar any way they look good to you and mark where to drill their mounting holes and wire holes if your going to run the wires inside the tube. Drill all your holes, having a drill press made this easy. Bolt the tube to the clamps, mount the lights, run the wires and your done.
Yeh, I know, this is very short on details. Anyway, let me have it.

Thanks Peep. How's the weather up there, getting cold yet? I'm heading to upstate NY to do a job, the closest to Canada I'll be getting. I'll be installing rock rails and uni-frame protector plates soon; read your thread on that.

Ok, i got some pics of my lights for you guys.
I am running generic 55w rectangular Blazer driving lights with silverstar bulbs on the front bumper and a set of Hella 500 driving lights on the a-pillars.
Here's just my silverstar headlights low beam for comparison. In the pics with the fence it was about 50 feet ahead.

With both the headlights and the a-pillar lights.

And here's the headlights with the bumper lights (forgot to take one on the road).

The bumper lights pretty much just add a little extra lighting when i need it. Nothing special just a filler basically.
The Hellas have impressed me. They give good light output and excellent distance. They're great where they're at but i might could get a little better if i adjust them more.

I'll review mine after I get them hooked up, just waiting on my bumpers so I can put on: my lights, antennas, overhead console for switches and to mount cb, cb (need antennas)
I have most of the stuff just waiting on the man in brown to show up.

I'm runnin' Hella 500 Driving Lights, mounted to my bumper. I've had many pairs on my past cars / Jeeps. Like others said, they are relativley in expensive and come with all the req'd parts.
I had 6 Procomp lights on my last XJ, they were cheaper but didn't come with any hardware. Ended up paying more for the relays/switches/wiring/etc. With the Hellas being cheap, it's less expensive to replace once they get brokem (Ex.: tree limbs, salting trucks, rough drunkin wheelin @ night, etc...)

Harbor Freight lights. http://www.harborfreight.com/off-roa...stem-3029.html
These aren't great pics, but they might do.
The first is just my head lights.
The second is head lights and fog lights.
The third is head, fog and my four floods. The floods are so bright they wash out the other light, trick of the camera.
