Default OEM tire swing on a 97+

Last week I picked up an OEM tire swing at the jy from a 90 XJ.
I've done research and know that it can be put on a 97+ xj. I removed all brackets that it had behind the bumper. It came with two brackets on the inside of the bumper and one on the inside of the tailgate along with the tailgate light for the license plate and wiring for that. I can't find a good write up. Only average write ups with minimal pics. has anyone here done this and care to share any tips. I might just have to do a pic intensive write up onece I decide to go ahead and do the mod. Thanks in advance. Here are some pics. I plan on only keeping a 31 on it.

I removed mine because I wouldnt trust a 32 on it. Not until I get a nice rear bumper. Then I can see it holding up.
