my neighbor literally walked over to me today while i was cutting my grass after work and waved 4 grand in my face. hahaha. he was like "c'mon Jay." i just laughed and said "sorry Joe." it did feel nice. i only paid 3k for it when it had 120k on it. now its got 152k. lol just thought i'd share. no biggie
