What are the difference between these lift kits? I know that they have different things, like Fixed lower control arms, Sway-bar brackets, and Hardware but what would it be like if I got the one without these components? Thanks for the help!

Honestly i wouldn't use either because it has add a leaf for the rear.Add a leaf will ride rougher and make the factory springs sag faster over time. Its best to buy a lift kit with full rear leaf springs.Have you looked at our vendors on here like zone off road?Zone has some ok cheaper lift kits,And most of our vendors can get you any brand lift at a discount also.

Rubicon Express is great for the $ and you get what you pay for...Zone is a good deal also for the $$ IMHO.RC is not all that...and again stay away from the add a leaf lifts...full pack is the only way to go. Add a leaf is the JC Whitney or walmart way to lift...cheap and it WILL sag and need to be replaced sooner then you think...

The kit with the LCA's and sway bar drop brackets is the one you wanna go with. The factory controll arms will be at a ridiculous angle if you dont replace them and sometimes the sway bar wont reach to bolt in without the brackets. Or mine wouldnt anyway. And you can actually get that kit with a full spring pack for about $100 extra i think it is

i bought a 3" lift from iron rock offroad

it was a add a leaf for the rear.....never any issues.

when people talk about the rough ride, it was improved over the factory ride on my 91

if i buy another xj, i plan on a 3" again from iron rock offroad

went on easy, good kit.....no complaints

then again, i dont offroad near as much as alot of people do....im more of the 2 times a month during the summer.....
