Default Newbie here looking for stupid questions

Flame me all you want but in 6 months I've forumed and googled to figure most out. At this point google can't answer my questions anymore and do I fab my own stuff or try to save time and money buying it? For example jeep was basket case when I got it 8 months ago. Past 6 I've been daily driving it with problems here and there. At this point my newbie status is strictly newbie to forum not all the 8 months figuring out issues with google. For example here's my first newbie question. Vapor lock second 1/2 year of 96 isn't the issue. I need advice on shocks!!!!

Has Comanche rear shocks as you can tell from below. Front shocks no clue but thinking comanche shocks would have more travel? Rubicon springs all 4 corners yet rear leafs seem taller than they should? Bought them new/used for a week because current jeep owner didnt like rear 1" higher than front. My jeeps measurements are exactly as his were with add a leaf accounting for his front springs old with 3.5" add a leaf rear. I bought brand new fronts and exact same measurements his front current old springs and his rear brand new and old springs. Not a biggie pull a few leafs to get ride height. Shocks are what I can't figure out. Read measurements below

Front
Extended side
Extended shock length 21.5"
Same side bump stop distance 8.75 no rubber

Front at ride height shocks 20.5"

Other side collapsed
Shock collapsed 18"
Bump stop distance 6"

Both front sway bar connected
Rear tires to flare
Rear extended 10.25 to flare
Rear collapsed 1.25 to flare
Rear at ride height lol

Rear tires at ride 7.25"

Rear shocks at ride height 22"

I now know bump stops aren't there all the way around. I want to play soon and bump stops are easy to fix. Order rubber front and fab lower point to not bind coil. Rear I have idea for that as well most on here have never seen cause its more drag racing style adjustable. Shocks I've been on many forums and all have different answers.

I'm a drag racer. Things happen quick to me. This is my last play toy. Jeep isn't my main play toy. More like side toy I want finished to play with. OK was gonna post pics. Seems photo bucket and phone aren't agreeing with me

Jeep is fixing to get bumpers built rock guards and flat fender flares. Yet for life of me forums and google can't give me answers to shock questions
