Well I just picked up the Jeep, ended up getting for $800.00!:tt2: lol
Anyways I have a few questions. It does have 180K miles but runs great. I am going to change the oil and tranny fluid this weekend. What weight oil should I use due to the mileage? I live in CT so winter is upon us. Also what about any oil additives to help promote longevity? worth it? Also do you reccomend any trans additives other than normal ATF and filter swap? Should I change the Xfer case fluid as well as the diffs? if so what fluids would you reccomend? Sorry to ramble on but I'm new to the Jeep scene and this is going to be for my daughter so I want to make sure it's right when she starts driving it. I will also be cleaning all the sensors and elecrical connections in addition to replacing the CPS. And it also needs a valve cover gasket. All easy enough to replace and should keep me busy for a few weekends. Any other things i should replace while I'm at it? I will also run the seafoam through it as well. Thanks guys. |
