I accidentally threw a shirt I had worked in into my laundry. Ruined a couple hundred bucks worth of Victoria's Secret. It was a sad day

When I was kid I smelled the stuff but never knew what it was but always dreaded helping the pops work on his truck expecting to smell it again.
Now that I know what it was...I still dread opening up the diff, bleh! Dread that smell

 

Try 71 year old 80-90 weight out of the rear end of a '41 Farmall.. Smells like Funyuns!! (My apologies if I just ruined that chip for someone..

I dnt think so.. The new stuff was o.k.. the 70 year-old stuff was.. well.. I wanted to hurl..

 

I don't know if that makes you odd or not I can say I hate the feel and especially the smell of cnc machine coolant!!

 

Glycol alcohol is nasty stuff. Hate the texture.

 

The stuff that came out of my D30 was kinda like that but not quite that bad. Though there were globs of sludge in the carrier...
Its bad when changing gear oil makes the entire jeep feel more responsive (including the steering!)

 

Ewww. lol, though as a fellow man/jeeper, I'd take a whiff. Haha

 

Haha.. It started to come out, and it looked kind-of o.k.. I thought, "Hey, this shouldn't be too bad.. Then came the chunks.. (some of which were as big as my hand) to top it off, it was this.. weird greenish-bluish color that noone- not even the teacher -had ever seen before.. it was.. nasty. lol..

Haha.. Believe me, you woulda wished you hadn't..

One time my brother brought home a blown up toyota diff (the removable third member) and we used it to drive out his obnoxious douchebag roommates. It was so bad, just cracking one of the bearing cap bolts loose filled the entire house with the worst gear oil stench ever.
It right in my face was the only non-human related smell that ever made me dry heave. Even the cats ran to the open windows and tried to push the screens out. It was horrible but at the same time so hilarious
