... When you are the only stock vehicle that has enogh ground clearance to avoid the rocks and a low enough roof to avoid the low branches on a trail. The s10 didnt have enough clearance and the trooper's roof was too high. The full sized blazer lost a mirror and a window... That was a fun summer job!!!

 

Cherokee= the best camping spots on the mountain, a little frontier tried to get to the site next to ours when my jeep was stock height, and he was scraping rocks the whole way till h gave up.

YKYDAXJ when your coworkers think you are insane and white trash for saying youd rather drive your old XJ over a high $$$ BMW.

 

They all say it's because I'm young and immature. It couldn't have anything to do with the fact that it's paid for and I have pride in the work I do

 

Funny, in some places most people with BMWs are young and immature

 

I'm in the Army, and until recently, I was the youngest person in my office by a margin of 8 years. I was also the lowest ranking person. Logically, nothing I did was ever right, and every time we disagreed on a topic, it was because I'm young and immature.

 

ykydaxj when money spent on your jeep never seems a waste, and you always manage to scrape enough together for jeep stuff.

 

Plus you can actually use and play with yours without getting in trouble where as if the play with there's then they'll get a ticket!

 

Same way at the fire dept for me. That was till i became training officer. Now all the people who talked down to me and told me i was to young to understand get put through the ringer when we're training. Lol. Besides, i went hard at it for 3 years and got every possible certification i could so now im more certified and higher ranking than most people there. Got more certs than our Chief! Lol. I give 'em hell when we train.
