...when your subs only turn on when your lights are on.....I still have no clue why this happens

Sounds like your amp remote wire is hooked up wrong. Disconnect the thin blue wire from your amp and run a jumper wire from anything that's normally 12VDC powered to the remote terminal on your amp. If your amp works without the lights being on then you know that's your problem (Radio must be on when testing). It's pretty common for remote wires to get hooked up wrong.

makes sense... i prob hooked it to the dimmer or something.

I have a feeling my jeep came equipped with this feature too.. Damn intermittent front speakers lol

I have this issue with my driver window lol It only works when the door is open lol
