definitely sounds like top end noise. Noisy valves most likely. Verify the oil pressure on the dash is actually correct with a mechanical gauge. If so I wouldn't worry about it too much. Eventually you should plan on doing a valve job

the other thing I'm thinking - is your exhaust manifold cracked? If you that will make the ticking WAY louder when the metal is cold.
