New U-Joint
So today i found out that my right front u-joint is in need of replacement. Ive never replaced one myself and was wondering how hard it is to do and if you need any special tools. If i could get any tips that would be great thanks!

I'm doing it right now actually lol. Check out this site:

It doesn't seem hard, but I'm having trouble with the rearing clips right now.

Not too hard depending. If the hub has never been out they can be tough to remove.
Basically, pull the wheel
Remove the caliper and rotor.
Remove the 3 13mm 12 point bolts that hold the hub in.
Remove hub and axle shaft.
I don't seporate them usually. You can remove the 36 mm nut for the hub bearing and remove the bearing. If you do and you are using hand tools, break the wheel nut loose first.
Once the axle is out remove the clips on the inside if the ears for the u joint. I put a socket larger than the joint cap under the ear to support it, then with a smaller socket hammer down the joint. You would remove it just like any other u joint.
Hope this helps.

also, if you run into a problem getting the joint out, autozone rents a balljoint press. you can use that for the u-joints as well.
I have always hammered them out ok but it does make it easier.
