The front is a wagoneer D44, stock 6 lug, and the rear is a Currie 9" made to match the front.

Very little, now. The weight of the rear tire carrier/bumper and all the shinanigans I carry around normally pull it down a bit. It was a lot more until recently. It was originally a 6.5" lift, but with the way the front D44 truss ended up being set up, 6.5" springs were netting me way too much, especially as compared to the weighted rear end. I eventually made it down to some 5.5" TJ coils that are pretty close to what 4.5" XJ coils would net (thanks to gravesdiggerXJ) and it is pretty close to leveled out.
