Default New Sliders

So I picked up a custom made dirtbike ramp that is made out of thick dom tubing (dont know the thickness but its 6' long and weights about 55 lbs so should be thick enough), and I was wondering if on a 93 XJ if I can just weld them straight to the rail under the body?? This is my first jeep and still learning what I can an can't do. Thanks

Yea you can weld them to the unibody i did that with my JCR stage 3 sliders just clean the under coating off to bare metal and when welding to the unibody dont focus alot of heat on one spot tack weld a few spots and move around itll help not to distort the metal of the unibody
