There are plenty of aftermarket seats out there that will allow you to run harnesses. You can even run them with stock seats out of another vehicle, as long as the headrests are adjustable; you can run the shoulder straps between the posts on the headrests.
The more important issue is mounting the harnesses. You need to either have a harness bar, a roll cage (with harness bar), or run the shoulder straps to your rear seat belt anchor points. If you run the shoulder harnesses straight down, to the bottom of the front seats, you risk compressing your spine and causing serious injury if you get into an accident. Just make sure that you actually mount them correctly if you do decide to get harnesses.

yeah i know... i dont have the right places to mount the shoulder straps. i honestly was just gonna run them to the floor. i dont really care to much about the safety aspect of it. im only 17. where would be the safest places to mount them with out a harness bar or roll cage with harness bar?

There is another option. You can run a 4 point harness on the stock seats. The shoulder harness is a y strap that Ys off just behind the head rest and then goes over your shoulder. The head rest acts as a limiter for lateral movement. The strap just goes to the floor. I raced with one of these for years and it worked great.
