Default New Jeep owner, need advice

I recently bought a 2000 cherokee limited with 49k miles. very clean interior and i love it. I am in the process of buying a lift and tires and need help. I want a 3 inch lift and want to put 31x10.50s on it. what exactly do i need to do this? and what lifts do yall recommend?

Rough Country Series II 3 inch lift with the full leaf pack option.

Should have everything you need to just bolt it in, except an adjustable track bar, but alot of people are just relocating the factory track bar if the bushings are good in it.

Thanks. How big of an advantage is there to getting the full leaf package over the just AAL?

AAL's tend to cause the stock springs to sag over time.
