New guy questions and needs some opinions!
I'm looking at possible purchasing a 91 xj and have a few questions on what I need to look for. The jeep has a 4.0 with a automatic and a lil over 200k on the clock it has the Rough Country 6.5" long arm lift kit on it with 35" tires. They are askin 1700 for it driver door seems to be the worst spot on the body. Was just wanting to know if it was a good deal and what are some things I need to look at to make sure all is well before I buy. Any common problems? Things I need to look at with the lift? I plan on using it as my daily driver to replace my Mustang. Any help and comments and opinions are very much appreciated thanks guys!

You'll get all different opinions, I think. The 4.0 is a really great engine and it certainly will go for 200k, however it IS high mileage assuming it hasnt been replaced/rebuilt. I myself would keep looking to be honest, with the little info given, I would have to assume that the vehicle has been used pretty hard. As a daily driver, I'd want something a little closer to stock and with not so many miles on the engine. Just my .02.
