personally I think they are nice but priced a bit high
Sorry that you feel they are priced too high. I think they are priced too low considering the time and machinery needed to construct a set. We were hoping that $39 for 4 (less then $10 each) would be a good price.

Daryl has been kicking around the Idea of making a "DIY" type front 4 link. This could come with links, rod ends, traction bar, weld in brackets. We don't like to middleman parts, so we won't ever offer a full long arm kit.

You're completely nuts. They don't come more thrifty than me when it comes to small items, but even I think that's more than a fair price for gutter mounts specifically designed for the XJ. I expect products designed for the XJ to cost more since so many companies ignore the XJ these days.
Warrior Prducts gutter mounts are over a hunnert bux, Kargo Master are about fitty bux, Surco about senty bux.

Still think forty is high?

Hey now, we all have different budgets and opinions. I think $39 is a fair price though, and I can attest to JCR's quality.

How about a dummy pulley setup for people that want to remove their AC, yet still run the original belt...

Do you have a part number or link? The Guy I asked at Autozone 6 months ago said no such thing exists. I just went to their website and couldn't find it there either. I was trying to find one for my 99'. I've since fixed the air since I could not find a dummy pulley.
Thanks
Mike
