Need new leafs, what do you think?

My leafsprings are sagging pretty bad. Had 3 broken leafs on the left side, so i replaced them with leafs from a XJ at a scrap yard for now. Looking for new ones and i found these

You do know that those are 4.5" lift springs right?

Yeah, the lift that's on there was put on before i got it and it only has an Add-a-leaf and 2.5" blocks. I measured the front and the lift is about 5". I want to get the new leafs and ditch the blocks.
