Need help diagnosting a problem
After driving at a speed of at least 45 mph for at least 45 minutes or so, when i slow down and make turns, there is a loud grinding noise coming from beneath my jeep. I think it may be coming from the front area.
Does anybody know what this could be? Maybe wheel bearing?

sounds like metal grinding of some sort. i think it may be my wheel bearing. do you have any tips on how to check them?

To test, jack up the front, grab the tire at 12 and 6 o'clock and try to move it up and down. It shouldn't have any play.
