I have the ZJ winch bumper and have been beating the hell out of it for over a year. Not a bend in sight. In fact it's probably the strongest part on my Jeep right now, LOL. I want a rear bumper now, but haven't wanted to spend the $
I had no issues with customer service. In fact he called me personally to tell me it was gonna be shipping later than initially planned and then called again when it actually shipped. I got it via FedEx the very next day. Since he's doing the 99 cent shipping he may be sending them out differently though.
Just keep in mind that he usually builds stuff after you order it so it may take a week or two for him to make one. Granted XJs are a little more popular than ZJs so he might have some started already.

i have his winch bumper on my xj. one of the contact numbers on the site was actually nate. i talked to him and he seemed like he knew what he was doing and easy to deal with. after running mine there are a few changes im going to make to it for looks but as far as the quality goes, its great. the only thing out of the box i think could have been done differently was the bull bar or what ever u call it is kind of thin walled. i bumped a tree and it put a small dent in it. dont get me wrong it serves its purpose but maybe a thicker wall tubing would have been better. not too sure what is actually used but maybe exhaust tubing lol. id order from him again!.

thanks for the info guys, i just called and he was busy and called me right back afterwards was very up front and straight with me notifying me that hes gonna be away from the shop for about 2 weeks and letting me know ill be his second order when he returns to the shop. seems like a great guy and knowing your dealing with the owner of a company itself makes the customer service that much better.
